A large Manufacturing entity with HQ in UAE and operations in GCC, Europe and US is looking for mid-level LN Technical ERP business support analyst for their ongoing expansion of the offshore team as part of their COE set up in Chennai, India

Profiles should be BTech/BE/MCA with minimum 3 years of post-qualification exposure with hands on advanced exposure in Baan and LN end user support, escalation of unresolved cases to next level and follow-up for resolution. Chosen candidates should have the competency to solve first level support issues both functional and technical. Need to have excellent communication skills, database and office applications expertise.”
