Job Information :
- Supervise project development processes with clients and vendors for the successful execution of projects.
- Create and facilitate efficient and cost effective solutions and analyse systems specification to meet business requirements.
- Reach out to clients and project leaders during work to identify and evaluate user and business requirements.
- Create designs for technical solutions to resolve business problems and try-out components of new systems for efficiency.
- Supervise all integration processes with new clients and other third-party vendors.
- Ability to produce accurate documentation that may include aspects such as business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications, and other similar documents.
- Facilitate professional and constant communication with overall users on the status of production problems that might arise and inform them about ways of resolving issues.
- Monitor queue to ensure that all necessary orders are checked and released on time.
- Carryout research on how IT systems are used and suggest ways for systems improvement and efficiency.
Required Skills :
- Functional experience with ERP and WMS Software systems preferred (Distribution, Warehouse, Back-office and/or Transportation modules)
- Strong skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, and find solutions to solving them independently in a timely manner.
- Great knowledge of IT processes and willingness to constantly update knowledge.
- Inbuilt ability to multi-task, working on more than one issue simultaneously.
- Work with development team to write functional specifications that may cover multiple systems along with moderate to advanced database queries to work through the development process testing system enhancements and maintaining all documentation for assigned business systems and recommend improvements to – Processes and procedures.
- Develop metrics and document basic report requirements as identified by the business to ensure business systems are standardized and continue to work properly.
- Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced Business Analysis and Documentation Building Business Relationships Problem Solving Critical Thinking.
